Teaching is a lifelong process it starts with the birth and ends with the death. we need to think more in depth about certain reforms that needs to be done in the education area.

Empathy is the key
Empathy is that universal key which can make this world a better place to live. It is one effective tool which nobody talks about and are ignorant of in any field u name. Empathy is that key which can make you learn and grow socially and emotionally.
You see everyday in news some heinous crimes being committed by young children. I blame our education system for this as we are not taught to empathize. Generally boys are emotionally castrated in the name of stereotypes. No curriculum and policy really talks about empathy. This aspect is taken for granted and it's the main reason of why good number of young lads are shaping into juvenile deliquents . you hear many rape cases stating that even an infant was subjected to rape and that is because of the zero or nil amount of emotional intelligence and empathy they have developed throughout their life. They do not put themselves in the shoes of others before committing such objectionable act of brutality. To me the culprit is "lack of empathy" in our society.
In my view empathy can do wonders in the world. A young chap spends around most of their day in the school and as a teacher you should always be curious and empathetic towards your students, acting with empathy can assist you with better comprehensive understanding of the child as result of which many objectionable acts can be terminated there only.
